What I did
From the beginning of the project, reorganized the team and infrastructure and created the service such as mobile app and websites from scratch. Successfully launched and stabilized the service, and then trained and maintained developers for each platform.
• Created all the infrastructure & services myself from scratch as the only software engineer at the beginning.
• Created the websites for admin to configure the service contents and for users.
• Successfully launched the mobile app and website for users and stabilized the service.
(Average 6000 DAU in LA K-Town user alone)
• Implemented the client apps for iOS, Android and also backend API.
• Led the project and trained new developers.
